References to “Pro-tec”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms & Conditions refer to the above company.

References to “you”, “your” or “customer” refer to the person placing an order or using our website.

You may use the Pro-tec website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts.
• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without our written permission.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Provide false or misleading information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

An order is not considered accepted until Pro-tec has confirmed the order and/or dispatched the product.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or product description error.
• We are unable to obtain payment authorisation.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
• Delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address provided.
• There are other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

All prices displayed on the Pro-tec website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices displayed to UAE consumers include applicable 5% VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices may be changed from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Pro-tec.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available through the Pro-tec website.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers (including Ziina, Visa, Mastercard). Pro-tec does not retain full payment-card details where payment is processed through an external payment provider.

Orders will generally only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

We aim to dispatch orders within the delivery timeframe stated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Courier delays
• Customs procedures
• Weather
• Public holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Events beyond our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

If additional delivery charges arise because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided, these charges may be payable by the customer.

We recommend that you inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your product arrives visibly damaged, please contact Pro-tec promptly and provide photographs or video showing the condition of the package and product.

This will assist us in investigating and resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Due to the specific nature of Pro-tec products, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely because the customer selected the incorrect size, ordered the wrong product, or changed their mind, subject always to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Customers should therefore carefully check the relevant size guide before ordering.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact Pro-tec as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request:

• Order number
• Photographs
• Video
• Description of the issue
• Other information reasonably required to assess the product

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, Pro-tec will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the issue. This may include repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under UAE law.

Where a Pro-tec product is supplied with a specific manufacturer’s warranty, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be stated on the relevant product page, warranty documentation or accompanying materials.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects occurring during the applicable warranty period.

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse
• Negligence
• Incorrect installation or operation
• Failure to follow supplied instructions
• Accidental damage
• Unauthorised modification
• Improper storage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by external circumstances beyond the intended use of the product

Any warranty provided by Pro-tec is in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory rights provided to consumers under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for using Pro-tec products in accordance with the supplied instructions and intended purpose.

Products should not be modified, altered or used outside their intended application without prior written approval from Pro-tec.

Where applicable, customers should ensure that the product is correctly installed, positioned, inflated, secured and operated before use.

Failure to follow the supplied instructions may affect product performance and may invalidate applicable warranty coverage where permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pro-tec will not be responsible for losses resulting from:

• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Incorrect vehicle measurements supplied by the customer
• Improper installation or use
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Unauthorised modifications
• Misuse or negligence
• Events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

All content appearing on the Pro-tec website, including but not limited to Pro-tec trademarks, logos, product names, product photographs, graphics, text, designs, videos, and marketing materials is owned by or licensed to Pro-tec unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any Pro-tec intellectual property without prior written permission.

We endeavour to keep the website accurate and operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be available.
• The website will be completely error-free.
• All information will always be current.
• The website will be free from technical issues or interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

The Pro-tec website may contain links to or integrate services provided by third parties, including payment providers, delivery companies, analytics services or other external platforms.

Pro-tec is not responsible for the content, availability or operation of third-party websites or services.

The latest version will be published on this website together with the date of the most recent update.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the contractual terms applicable to an order that has already been accepted, except where required by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any purchase made through the Pro-tec website shall be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights or procedures available to consumers under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict, exclude or waive any statutory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable UAE legislation.

Where a provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.

UAE legislation expressly regulates e-commerce and consumer protection, including information that online providers must make available to consumers.
